Jinhui Shipping has established guidelines for open communication of the
Company's reporting of financial and other information to shareholders, potential investors and market
participants. The objective of the guideline is to promote efficient and non-discriminatory communication
of information and a transparent access to information of Jinhui Shipping's performances.
We maintain the company's website to disseminate information electronically on a timely basis.
The section of Investor Relations provides key financial
information, share information, shareholder information and other information to market participants.
Quarterly interim reports will be published within two months subsequent to each quarter end in
Financial Reports page. Public conference call will be
conducted in an open and equal manner after each quarterly results announcement. Presentation materials
will be posted to Events & Presentations prior to the conference
call. A list of dates for results announcements, general meetings or dividend payment is provided in
Financial Calendar page. Other information such as

The above-mentioned information, together with all events or decisions or transactions that might be
expected to have a material effect on the price of the company's shares will be published in
News section as soon as practicable, and will be simultaneously posted
to the Newsweb of the Oslo Stock Exchange at
www.newsweb.no.
Followed by the release of revised Oslo Børs Code of Practice for IR of 1 March 2017 prepared by Oslo Børs
in collaboration with the Norwegian Investor Relations Association, listed companies in Norway must comply
with the revised Code of Practice or otherwise, explain any deviations. We comply with the revised Oslo Børs
Code of Practice for IR of 1 March 2017, except for two deviations and the explanation of the deviations
are summarized here.
Oslo Børs recommends that companies listed on Oslo Børs post information on their websites about the
rules that apply in relation to the company and such information should be updated on an ongoing basis.
